Im gonna write this post in english, as I can see some people follow me from english speaking countries
From 12/09 to 16/09 the Spanish championship in target shooting took place in Granada. Weather conditions were ok but I missed some
fiends there. I want name specially to my friend Jorge González, Olympic shooter, who had an accident and hes recovering.
If you don’t know which is the Spanish level in target shooting, this is probably not enough, you shouldn’t take only one competition as reference.
One day I´ll post an article about the pros and cons of target shooting in Spain so you can have a better idea on how hard is to practice this sport.
In small bore Match rifle there were two qualification rounds, because we don’t fit in the stand. So the Federation divided us in two groups: 33 for first qualification and 31 for the second.
This always has the same problem, we´re not gonna all have same shooting conditions and this is one of the main rules of the ISSF
40 shooters qualified for the final match (I don’t understand why not the same proportion of shooters of the two different qualifications pass to the final….) , which the Federation called Qualification, I find this inconsistent.
Picture is taken by me from the final

Congratulations to all shooters
